On July 19, 2017, Hirst Applegate, LLP associates, Shaina A. Case and Jessica A. Schneider, in conjunction with Val Cirbo from Edward Jones, gave a one hour estate planning presentation at Whispering Chase, an independent living facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The presentation focused on the value of utilizing estate planning tools, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and living wills, and the importance of keeping the information in these documents up to date. Shaina and Jessica both practice extensively in the areas of trust and estate planning and estate administration.
