On Saturday, Billie Addleman and Richard Mincer attended Veteran’s Day Legal Clinic at the American Legion Post 6 in Cheyenne hosted by the Wyoming State Bar. Members of the local bar volunteered to provide free legal advice to veterans on a wide range of issues including estate planning, family law, business matters, and veterans benefits. Addleman served in the United States Army Reserves for ten years, including a 1996 deployment to Bosnia as part of Operation Joint Endeavor.
