Attorney Kara Ellsbury successfully represented a registered nurse before the State Board of Nursing regarding a complaint that the nurse had violated the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act and the State Board of Nursing’s Rules and Regulations. Hirst Applegate worked with the nurse to obtain detailed information to provide to the State Board of Nursing in response to the complaint. The State Board of Nursing dismissed the complaint against the nurse.
