Attorney Billie Addleman successfully represented a registered nurse in a matter before the Wyoming State Board of Nursing. Upon completion of its investigation, a Notice of Warning was issued to the nurse. Addleman worked with the Office of the Attorney General and successfully negotiated a resolution that resulted in the Notice of Warning to be rescinded and dismissal of the Complaint with the issuance of an Advisory Letter instead. Hirst Applegate regularly represents Wyoming professionals in front of licensing boards, including the Board of Nursing, Board of Medicine, Board of Dental Examiners and Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
