Rob Jarosh and Lindsay Woznick recently had summary judgment in a federal RICO and civil conspiracy case affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Jarosh and Woznick originally received summary judgment in the case, where they represented a former state government administrator with respect to claims brought by a former state contractor in the aviation industry.
