On the evening of November 13, 2018, attorney Shaina A. Case had dinner with several fellow Church of the Holy Trinity parishioners to talk about the importance of estate planning and the consequences of not having a properly designed plan in place at the time of death or disability. Shaina gave a one-hour presentation, followed by another hour question and answer session. Shaina enjoys talking to community members about estate planning so that people are informed and educated about the power of wills and trusts and the cost and time involved in  probate. Shaina is a transactional attorney, focusing her practice in estate planning and administration.
