Hirst Applegate attorneys Traci Lacock and Jasmine Peters recently obtained the dismissal of a complaint filed with the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board (the “Board”). In the case, a family member of a former patient alleged the licensed clinical social worker violated the Board’s rules and regulations. After working with the client and reviewing the relevant documents, Lacock and Peters were able to submit a persuasive answer to the Board. The Board reviewed the answer and dismissed the complaint, finding no violations.
