Mandy Good and Laurie Rogers recently obtained two extremely favorable settlements on behalf of an employer.  Two former employees alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and of the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.  Specifically, they alleged racial discrimination in the form of harassment and lower pay, along with retaliation.  The parties were able to settle all charges by both former employees for only three figures (a very nominal sum).

Ms. Good and Ms. Rogers have represented a variety of employers before the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services and the EEOC.  For more information about each, visit http://hirstapplegate.com/attorneys/amanda-m-good/ and http://hirstapplegate.com/attorneys/laurene-s-rogers/.
