In the Fall of 2021, Hirst Applegate attorneys Shaina A. Case and John P. Fritz offered LCCC Life Enrichment Courses discussing estate planning and estate and trust administration topics in a series of classes regarding “Why and When Would I Need a Revocable Living Trust?”, “Wyoming Probate 101”, and “Estate Planning – Which Will, Will I Need?” The courses offered all community members the opportunity for a small class setting to ask questions and learn about the importance of estate planning, the different tools to properly plan for the distribution of our assets at death, as well as planning for potential incapacity.
