The annual Hirst Applegate summer employee picnic was held recently at Mylar Park with over fifty people in attendance. Hirst Applegate’s summer interns planned the Wyoming-themed event. Partner Richard Mincer prepared a spectacular combination of Memphis style barbeque that included pulled pork and brisket. The kids enjoyed hitting a nearly indestructible piñata and potato sack races. Kids and adults enjoyed a three legged race and an egg and spoon race. Those in attendance received Hirst Applegate koozies as a party favor, while winners of the various games received prizes, including a Wyoming Rib and Chophouse gift card and a handmade Wyoming Cowboys yardzee. The evening was a great opportunity to enjoy good company and share in laughs and delicious food.
