On September 23, 2022, Hirst Applegate estate planning and estate and trust administration partner, Shaina A. Case, spoke as part of a panel for the 2022 Wyoming Cybersecurity Conference in Laramie, Wyoming. The seminar, entitled Digital Identity, Digital Assets and Legal Issues to Consider, focused overall on discussing the concepts of digital assets, digital identity and digital wallets. Shaina, specifically, focused on sharing special considerations that arise in estate planning where digital assets are involved. Shaina was pleased to speak at this seminar, along with fellow panelists, Dallas Lain of Crowley Fleck (Cheyenne), Elizabeth Hinz with SAFE Trust Company, an affiliate of sFOX (Cheyenne), and Pamela Norton with TitleChain.
