Case prepared and taught a continuing legal education (“CLE”) presentation regarding Key Elements of Effective Wills for a National Business Institute seminar on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Red Lion Hotel in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Shaina’s one-hour CLE covered topics included the statutory framework of wills, titling of assets, verifying and documenting the testator’s competency, and beneficiary designations for retirement accounts and life insurance policies.
