Hirst Applegate partner Rob Jarosh recently obtained a victory before a federal appeals court reviewing a verdict for Hirst Applegate’s client in a federal wrongful termination jury trial. Specifically, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit affirmed the jury’s verdict in favor of the employer, finding that there was no error with the jury’s conclusion that the employer had cause to terminate the employee, a school superintendent.
