Christine Jordan, Wyomingite! Outdoor & Travel Enthusiast

Hi AILA CO! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to re-introduce myself. I previously served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for OPLA in Denver and you may know me as Christine Longo. A lot has changed over the past few years. I got married (and became Christine Jordan) and moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where my husband and I live with our 1-year-old daughter and two dogs. With the move to Wyoming, I became a civil litigation associate at Hirst Applegate, LLP where I was immediately impressed with Hirst Applegate’s community involvement.  I also learned there is a great demand for immigration attorneys in Wyoming. Seeing a need within our community, and a way to address that need through my prior experience, Hirst Applegate gave me the opportunity to start an immigration practice in Spring 2022.  The primary focus of the practice is family-based immigration, naturalization, and removal defense.  Since the Spring, we have had the privilege of assisting several Wyomingites with their immigration matters. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, working in the garden, hiking in the Snowy Range, and traveling.  I am excited to be a part of the AILA-CO chapter and I look forward to working with you all again.  Please do not hesitate to reach out if you ever need a Wyoming resource.
