PROFILE
Khale J. Lenhart is a partner at Hirst Applegate, where he has practiced since 2011. His practice is focused on civil litigation, including professional liability, personal injury, product liability and trucking law. Mr. Lenhart has argued before the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he also routinely practices before Wyoming federal and state trial courts. He was recognized in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of civil litigation and in 2019 as a Wyoming Business Report 40 under 40. He has served as Treasurer of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming (DLAW), is a past Chairman of the Laramie County Library System Board of Directors and the Laramie County Republican Party, and regularly serves on other boards for civic and charitable organizations. Currently, he is the Chair of Friends of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens Foundation.

PERSONAL
Mr. Lenhart and his wife Sarah have two children, Harper and Lillian. He is an avid hockey fan and is politically active supporting and advising political candidates and officials at multiple levels of government. He also writes a regular opinion column on Wyoming politics and policy.
