Bleu grew up on a ranch outside of Kaycee, Wyoming. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Wyoming. Currently, he is going into his third and final year of law school at Wyoming. Bleu is interested in civil litigation – particularly defense and energy work – as well as estate planning. Bleu was recently selected as the 2025 Salt Creek Energy Excellence Scholar.
Bleu enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His favorite activity is getting outside to appreciate the amazing natural environments that Wyoming has to offer. When he is not at college or work, he spends most of his time at his family’s ranch riding horses and helping with the work there. Bleu is an avid supporter of Wyoming athletics and enjoys rooting for the Pokes whenever he can.
