(From the District 5440 newsletter): This segment is designed to introduce you to our hard working Assistant Governors. An “AG” must have served as club president and agree to serving a 3-year term to be qualified for this position.
The role of an AG is the following:
• Provide support to the clubs in which they are assigned
• Provide support to the District Governor during their official club visit
• Assist incoming club presidents in entering goals in Rotary Club Central
Cheyenne and Laramie AG – Billie Addleman
Billie Addleman is the Assistant Governor for the Laramie and Cheyenne Rotary Clubs.
Addleman is also a partner at the Cheyenne law firm of Hirst Applegate, LLP, where he practices civil litigation with a focus
on professional liability, medical malpractice and licensing matters. Four members of the firm have served as Rotary Club President.
Billie is a Past President of the Cheyenne Rotary Club and previously chaired the District Club Visioning Committee
(with PDG Charlie Petersen) and co-chaired the 2014 District Conference (with his wife, Brandi Monger).
Outside of Rotary, he has served on numerous local and statewide organizations and boards, including the Wyoming
Community Foundation, the Laramie County Community College Foundation and the Friends of the Cheyenne Botanic
Gardens Foundation. He also serves on the University of Wyoming College of Law Advisory Board.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and traveling.
