Attorneys Kara Ellsbury and Erin Berry recently obtained dismissal of a discrimination suit filed against a Wyoming employer. A former employee filed a complaint alleging age discrimination against the employer.  Hirst Applegate filed a motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s complaint, asserting service of process did not comply with the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. After hearing arguments from the parties, the Court ruled in favor of the employer and dismissed the suit. Hirst Applegate favorably resolved the suit just three and a half months after the complaint was filed.
