Attorneys Billie Addleman and Kara Ellsbury successfully represented a registered nurse before the State Board of Nursing regarding a complaint relating to the nurse’s performance of her job duties as a supervisor. Hirst Applegate worked closely with the nurse to prepare a detailed response to the complaint. Following submission of the response, the State Board of Nursing dismissed the complaint.
