The client, who had previously hired Hirst Applegate for transactional work, was injured in a motor vehicle accident involving a drunk driver. The client sustained soft tissue issues as a result of the collision. Mr. Addleman successfully obtained a settlement for the insured defendant’s $100,000 policy limits, which was accomplished prior to filing suit. The firm also successfully negotiated a reduction of the medical liens to maximize the client’s recovery.
