On January 17, 2018, associate attorney Shaina A. Case presented an overview of estate planning to a local group of small business owners, called Coffee, Business, and More Coffee. The presentation focused on Wyoming’s statutory scheme if someone dies without an estate plan, main differences between a will and trust based estate plan, and the importance of financial and health care powers of attorney. Shaina focuses her practice in estate planning and administration and enjoys any and all opportunities to participate in speaking engagements where she can answer questions and talk about the importance of estate planning.
