Partner Traci Lacock and Associate Travis Koch recently obtained the dismissal of a complaint filed with the Wyoming State Board of Psychology (the “Board”). In that case, the family of a psychologist’s former client alleged the psychologist violated the Board’s Practice Act, rules and regulations. Lacock and Koch worked with the client to answer the complaint. The Board reviewed the answer and voluntarily dismissed the complaint, finding no violations.
