Hirst Applegate attorneys Kara Ellsbury and Jasmine Peters recently obtained the voluntary dismissal of a personal injury complaint filed against their client. The plaintiffs named several defendants in their Complaint and claimed the defendants’ negligence caused catastrophic personal injuries. After reviewing the Complaint, investigating the facts related to the accident, and speaking with plaintiffs’ counsel, Ellsbury and Peters were able to persuade the plaintiffs to voluntarily dismiss their client from the lawsuit.
