Richard A. Mincer, a Partner with Hirst Applegate, instructed new admittees to the Wyoming State Bar on the key differences between the Federal and Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. Richard’s lecture was part of the Wyoming Educational Component (WEC) of the Wyoming State Bar that was held in Casper on January 22, 2014. WEC is a mandatory six-hour continuing legal education program on Wyoming-specific law that must be completed within one year of admission to the Wyoming State Bar. The program covers Civil Procedure, Criminal Law and Procedure, Domestic Relations, Evidence, Oil and Gas, Property Law and Torts.
