Attorneys Rob Jarosh and Eva La recently secured a significant order in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming related to personal jurisdiction.  Specifically, in a published decision detailing the state of the law on specific personal jurisdiction, the Court found that the Wisconsin supplier/manufacturer of a component part for a bentonite processing plant in northern Wyoming was subject to personal jurisdiction here.  The federal court’s detailed decision can be found at Wyoming Sunmade, LLC v. Toolcraft Co., 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89983 (D. Wyo. June 29, 2015).
