Attorneys Rob Jarosh and Jake Brooks recently obtained a “no reasonable cause” determination and the dismissal of a charge of discrimination before the State of Wyoming.  In the charge, the former employee of a firm client alleged that he was harassed, discriminated against, and terminated as a result of his dyslexia.  After an investigation, the State determined that there was no evidence that the firm client knew about the alleged disability, much less harassed and/or discriminated against the employee related to the disability.
