Attorneys Billie Addleman and Ronnie Lopez recently resolved a professional liability claim against a central Wyoming real estate professional.  In the lawsuit, the owner of the property asserted claims arising from property damage caused by the buyer when the lease-purchase did not close.  The prospective buyers asserted claims against the real estate professional for fraud, breach of contract and professional negligence.  Upon the completion of discovery and prior to a scheduled mediation, Mr. Addleman and Mr. Lopez filed dispositive motions with the court.  Subsequently, the parties resolved the matter out of court for nuisance value.
